The Matrix Conference 2026

Practical insights of using Matrix in Germany: External Security, Healthcare & Public Sector

In our talk, we would like to give conference participants an insight into practical use cases for the Matrix solution. We will cover projects in the healthcare sector, external security, and public administration.

We will discuss the approach taken for a Matrix implementation project. We will share insights on how to successfully execute such a complex project, using the TK Messenger and the “Bundes-Messenger/Bundeswehr-Messenger" as examples. Afterwards, we will outline the Proof-of-Concept process within the public administration (Project Neo).

Franziska Streidt

I'm working as management consultant and project lead for adesso SE. Over the last decade I have been passionately involved in various projects like Smart City strategies and the implementation of the Online Access Act for Administrative Services within Germany. I don’t have a deep technical background however; over the years I’ve grown into some cool technical areas including Matrix.

Since 2025 I’m the project manager for the project Neo; in which we are creating a prototype to demonstrate secure and interoperable communication between government agencies and citizens.

I live in the outer area of Nuremberg with my husband, two kids and our dog, though I have lived half a decade in beautiful Scotland. Outside of work I can be found hiking at the mountains or at various sporting competitions for my kids or myself.
