Introduction to custodial / janitorial moderation and why you are already doing it
A introduction to custodial / janitorial moderation and how you are already using this model, potentially without knowing it.
In this talk i will present the basics of the custodial / janitorial moderation model and the role split and go into why your already using this model potentially not knowing it and describing what the roles do in a safe manner.
While the subject matter of janitorial moderation can become very content warning heavy very quickly this talk will stay away from this by having a here be dragons type of policy around this by only saying things go bump in the night and leaving defining that as a exercise for the audience.
